As we know google will delete your unused accounts in this coming December 2023 surely, but main focus is that google wants to remove unnecessary and unused accounts.

So their servers will work  fast and efficiently and even searching will happen in no time.

But still you can activate your deleted accounts and google will inform your prior deleting or deactivating

your google accounts to you so you can choose to keep those account or not. It will send you emails by stating your accounts status.
